1. The Problem
The Nashik Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society (NOGS) manages antenatal care (ANC), high-risk pregnancies, and post-natal follow-ups for hundreds of patients across clinics and hospitals.
However, the entire data management was paper-based, leading to:
- Loss or misplacement of patient records
- Delayed updates on high-risk cases
- Difficulty in tracking post-natal care schedules
- No centralized access for society members and doctors
- Challenges in collecting data for audits and research
NOGS needed a mobile app and admin panel to digitally manage, monitor, and access this critical healthcare data securely and efficiently.
2. Our Approach
We started with requirement-gathering sessions with doctors, nurses, and NOGS administrators.
Our UX/UI team mapped the complete patient care lifecycle:
From first ANC visit → delivery → post-natal follow-up.
We focused on designing:
- A user-friendly mobile app for doctors and healthcare staff
- A secure admin panel for record management and reporting
- Forms and filters to capture and retrieve high-risk case data quickly
- Alerts and reminders to ensure timely care
We followed medical data privacy guidelines and ensured the platform was simple enough for healthcare staff with limited tech background.
