- If you cancel 7 days or more before the course start date, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If you cancel within 6 days of the course start date, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellation After Course Start:
- No refund will be provided once the course has started.
- However, you may be eligible to transfer your seat to the next batch (subject to availability and approval).
No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to attend the course without prior notice, no refund or transfer will be provided.
Batch Transfers:
- You may request a one-time batch transfer before the second session, subject to seat availability.
Refund Timeline:
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
